NATALIA LERTORA

SZNAJDER

Natalia “Nati” Lertora-Sznajder, Esq. was born in Argentina, grew up in Brazil as a political exile and made the Bay Area her home two decades ago.

Natalia has worked in the hospitality industry in San Francisco for many years, where she met countless workers from Latin America and Europe who needed assistance with their immigration cases. All this combined with Natalia’s upbringing as a political asylee led to her motivation to become an immigration attorney.

Natalia is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. She has also studied French and Italian.

Natalia has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religion from San Francisco State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Natalia volunteered at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s Office, the Innocence Project, the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center, and the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area. She worked for Catholic Charities’ Immigration & Refugee Services in 2015 and in 2016, Natalia began working as a private contractor for different immigration law offices. She has been representing a wide range of individuals in diverse immigration matters.

Natalia is passionate about her clients and connecting with them. In her free time, Natalia enjoys being active, discovering new places, the beach, singing and dancing.
